When thinking of dinosaurs, many people think of the hot, dusty deserts of the American west, or the lush tropical jungles of the literary/cinematic release of Jurassic Park. However, few people think of New Jersey in relation to dinosaurs. Target New Jersey looks at the science and history of paleontology and how they relate to New Jersey. The documentary also examines the kinds of dinosaurs which roamed New Jersey one hundred million years ago and at how our notions of dinosaurs have changed since their discovery in the 1800s.
