Franz discusses her years at Trenton State College. Topics include how she started teaching in the demonstration school in 1944 after receiving an M.A. in teacher education from Columbia, how she moved to a faculty position at the College after nine years and coordinated student teaching in elementary and early childhood education, how she worked on and eventually defended her doctoral thesis with President West attending the orals, as well as her relationships with various faculty members.
