Abstract
The presenters share with the audience their newly implemented (and still a work in progress) IT Project Governance process including how they developed their own internal tracking system using products they already owned, leveraging their existing constituency groups as the voice of reason during prioritization negotiations and how they negotiate not only with other departments, but within the IT department as well. They give specific examples of how negotiations were handled with each constituency group.
