Abstract
This program's focus is on the Impressionist and Post-Impressionist era. Never was a world so completely turned upside down as with the arrival of the Impressionist School. This video features the revolutionary work of Cezanne, Seurat, Degas, Renoir, Gauguin, Manet, Monet, and Van Gogh. Titles featured include Gare St. Lazare, Dance at the Moulin de la Galette, La Mont St. Victoire and The Bathers. This series as a whole presents a unique and masterly survey of the greatest achievements in the history of art from the medieval era to the post-impressionist world.
