Abstract
In the procedure known as coronary artery bypass graft surgery, blood vessels are taken from another part of the body and grafted to the aorta, the large artery emerging from the hart. The other ends of the vessels are grafted to the coronary arteries that serve the heart, pas the area of the blockage. A patient who has undergone the procedure talks about the experience.
