Abstract
The Big Bang Theory is the dominant scientific theory about the origin of the universe. According to the Big Bang, the universe was created sometime between 10 billion and 20 billion years ago from a cosmic explosion that hurled matter in all directions. To some, the fact that no existing scientific laws predicted this explosion is evidence against the Big Bang being linked to a Supreme Being. Others imagine that God took delight in creating the world from the raw material resulting from the Big Bang.
