Abstract
The struggle for equality of opportunity continues along an uncertain path, sometimes pitting those engaged in the effort against each other. Tensions between racial minority groups over housing, employment, and resources has increased in some areas. There is a need to for these groups to come together to talk about what they have in common and work together to address concerns they mutually share.
