Abstract
Former Secretary of Labor and university professor Robert Reich reveals that, while there were "relatively few" Cabinet meetings in the Clinton White House, there were a lot of what he calls "sub-cabinet meetings." "That is," Secretary Reich explains, "those of us cabinet members who had a particular interest in a particular area of public policy--like the domestic economy--we got together all the time..."
