Abstract
The purpose of AIDS Walk is to support the work being done by community-based organizations, like AIDS Project Los Angeles. These are groups that provide an array of HIV/AIDS-related services for individuals and families, including home health care, mental health, transportation and housing services, as well as prevention and education.
