Abstract
This program examines the history of the ancient city of Carthage in what is now Tunisia, its trade-based culture, and the events leading up to its downfall in the hands of the Romans. It includes a spectacular 3D animated recreation of the great ancient city that stood near modern day Tunis - the first time it has been seen for more than 2,000 years.
