Abstract
The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) requires that pesticides used in the United States be registered with the EPA before they can be distributed, sold, or used. Once registered, there are specific legal requirements to be followed. Procedures today for the handling and use of pesticides are designed to protect workers and the public. The application of pesticides via agricultural aviation is showcased in this segment.
