Abstract
The interview focuses on the unusual manner in which Tiffany taught several of his classes in the English Department, particularly the manner in which he taught the required freshman composition course by using a variety of media throughout the semester. Topics also include the heavy teaching load in his early days, the creation of the Foreign Film Series, and the World Literature course he co-taught with his colleagues. People mentioned include Adele Botts, Anthony Burgess, John Ciardi, Lahna Diskin, Doug Ford, Donald Keane, Alex Liddle, Barry Novick, and Carole Thompson.
