Abstract
This clip presents a simple multiplication problem in which a three-digit number is multiplied by a one-digit number. The clip explains that multiplication is essentially a shortcut for what would otherwise be a very laborious addition problem, then gives a step-by-step explanation of how the multiplication problem is done.
