Abstract
This clip begins by reminding the student that it's important to be able to change back and forth between decimals and fractions. It then talks about how we change from decimals to fractions, reminding the student that, "…all we do is rewrite (the decimal) with a denominator of whatever the right power of ten might be." The clip then explains that, for changing a fraction to a decimal, "...we simply think of the fraction as an order to divide and, as with any problem in division of decimals, decide ahead of time how accurate we want the answer to be."
