Abstract
This clip explains that we can measure the perimeter of an equilateral polygon by multiplying the length of one side by the number of sides in the polygon. The clip also notes that the formula for measuring the perimeter of a rectangle is "perimeter equals 2 times the length plus 2 times the width." The clip includes a practical problem about the amount of fencing required to enclose a rectangular playground.
