Abstract
One in three children arrives in kindergarten unprepared for the challenges of school. Hosted by former teacher Debi Gutierrez, this program presents information and insights that will help in the care and education of young children with special needs. Topics include recognizing and understanding special needs, speech and language delays, hearing and visual impairments, and autism. The program also includes fun activities viewers can do in the classroom or at home with children.
