Abstract
One critical aspect of adapting technology in Higher Education is providing training and support for faculty and staff, especially for those who are reluctant. This session will showcase some of the methods, ideas, concepts and issues that occur when faculty have concluded they want to use technology in the class but have no idea how to start.
