Abstract
This program shows how to conduct discrete trial training for children with such learning-related disorders as autism. It teaches how to arrange a classroom environment to facilitate learning, engage children’s attention, deliver verbal instructions effectively, use preferred stimuli to motivate children to learn, incorporate a variety of prompts to teach students, and provide effective reinforcement.
