Abstract
Many campuses are not ready for streaming video because they don’t know how to manage it. It’s like making soup. To make a good soup, avoid too many cooks in the kitchen. If you try to cover it all, your soup becomes inedible. The cauldron is your streaming video repository, the soup’s liquid is your interface, the ingredients are your video titles and groups of ingredients are your collections. Your seasonings are the extra services that add to the overall experience. We will explore various recipes, how you “cook” them, and what you need to consider.
