There are many different factors that can impact the instructional process at our colleges and universities. These factors include biological, chemical, criminal, environmental, geological, meteorological, structural, and technical issues. With Super Storm Sandy still fresh in our memories, we should take the opportunity review existing plans and to prepare for future events that may have a similar impact.
