Abstract
At a time when fundamentalism is on the rise, Yulie Cohen Gerstel sensitively documents her own personal search for understanding once again in this final film in Gerstel's documentary trilogy. As in the first two films, "My terrorist" and "My land Zion," Gerstel turns the lens on her own family as she tries to make sense of her country and her fellow citizens. This time, she begins her investigation with her brother, who chose a different way of life 25 years ago when he became an ultra-orthodox Jew and lost contact with her family.
