Abstract
Psycho-dynamic approaches to counseling focus on interpersonal patterns and unconscious thoughts and feelings. This videotape describes a dozen key strategies drawn from psycho-dynamic and interpersonal approaches to psychotherapy that can be used to explore relational patterns and to change the way clients' thoughts, actions and feelings are shaped by interpersonal relationships.
