Abstract
On July 18, 2013, Merit Network and members of the Indian River community, celebrated the completed segments of the REACH-3MC project with a press event held in the main tent at the Summerfest in Indian River, MI.
Representatives from Merit, the Indian River library and school district, and Tuscarora township made statements on the positive impacts that the REACH-3MC project will have on Northern Michigan.
