Abstract
Nechamkin discusses his 24 years of service at Trenton State College. Topics include why he came to the college, the physical layout of the campus and the old science department, the division of the science department into smaller departments, his effort to have the chemistry department accredited by the American Chemical Society, his administrative experience as department chair and dean, and changes on the campus.
