Abstract
The focus of this presentation is to explain the development of NJCU's Doctorate in Educational Track: Technology Leadership. This presentation reviews the major trends and issues of educational technology leadership with a focus on history, applications, and cases. The presenters then describe the development process, goals, and experiences of the Doctorate in Educational Track: Technology Leadership at New Jersey City University, a program that launched in Summer 2013.
