Abstract
The purpose of this session is to offer a model for effective IT communications that addresses: - Constituents: Identifying audience segments and targeting communications based on their needs - Content: Developing relevant and standardized communication content - Channels: Clarifying the most effective methods for communication based on the audience and content - Coordination: Outlining responsibilities for communication coordination and delivery Key drivers of the communication plan include keeping key stakeholders informed, building awareness of purpose, targeting members to take action, fostering engagement and relationships, standardize communication, and improve effectiveness.
