Abstract
Creating just-in-time tutorials can provide an innovative approach for faculty professional development. Instructional Design and Track: Technology Services in the School of Communication and Information at Rutgers University uses Panopto - a lecture capture and management software platform - to create video-based tutorials that are custom-developed and produced throughout the year on 'teaching and learning' and 'instructional technology' topics. The video tutorials incorporate the use of technology coupled with sound pedagogical practices. Come hear the presenters discuss how this approach can be implemented in your institution! This session is appropriate for administrators of curriculum and instruction, instructional designers, instructional technologists, and faculty.
