Abstract
It is generally agreed that a key to student success and student retention is a high degree of engagement between students, faculty and administrators. Facilitating the process whereby students meet with their professors and advisers is essential to fostering such engagement. This presentation will give an overview of WASS, an open-source appointment scheduling system which has been facilitating office hour, advising and other meetings at Princeton for the past nine years.
