About this title: This film "explores the link between environmental change and human health: are we winning the battle to prevent global outbreaks of infectious disease? Environmental change is fostering the tide of contagion which threatens to engulf us all. Journeys to Kenya, Peru, Bangladesh, and the United States. Examines how recent trends in globalization and the altering of ecosystems have led to dramatic increases in the spread of infectious diseases.
