Abstract
In the late 19th Century, the United States Supreme Court viewed corporations as persons for purposes of free speech protection. Citizens United v Federal Election Commission confronts the question, "Does the contribution of money or the spending of money in a political campaign constitute protected speech. In other words, is money speech or is money property?
