Abstract
With the growth of online programs, the need to produce pedagogically sound and visually appealing multimedia presentations for online courses has increased dramatically in recent years. This presentation discusses ways to manage the process of developing multimedia projects with input from Instructional Technologists, Instructional Designers, and Faculty Members, as well as streamlining the storage and distribution of these projects in a growing online program.
