Abstract
This presentation demonstrates the power of creativity, collaboration, and communication afforded to educators and students through highly accessible technologies and platforms. The presentation highlights a newly developed virtual learning platform and transnational network called the Global Learning Space (GLS). GLS is dedicated to connecting learners around the world in collaborative learning experiences. The learning platform of GLS is centered on Project-Collaborations, where learners communicate and collaborate, guided by a sequential curriculum structured around weekly standards-based challenges. This presentation enables participants to experience the power of a transnational learning collaboration.
