Abstract
The proliferation of 1:1 device initiatives at the K-12 level over the past 5 years poses a unique challenge to higher education institutions.
These middle school and high school students (our future customers) have never known an academic world without a laptop or tablet that is always connected to the cloud, hence the phrase The Cloud Kids.
How does higher education adapt to this new breed of students that view technology as a right and not a privilege?
