Abstract
This presentation will highlight a comprehensive faculty development program (FDP) at Montclair State University. The FDP program has been designed to help faculty get ready for online teach from both technological and pedagogical perspectives. The presentation will focus on the process of designing, developing and delivering the pedagogical track of Montclair’s faculty development program. It will also demonstrate the program and share the feedback from the faculty participants in the past 5 years.
