Abstract
IMS, or the Integrated Management System, is a support tool designed from the ground up at Stockton University to manage and control a variety of AV/IT systems and processes. The current incarnation of the system integrates directly with our institutional calendar system and enterprise systems for password resets and identity verification. It also manages help-desk ticketing, hardware / software requests and inventory, and provides remote control to computers and AMX audiovisual control systems across Stockton’s campuses. In addition to the integrative feature-set, IMS also produces a variety of statistics, allowing Stockton to track a number of metrics related to call-volume, server / workstation compliance, and property transfers.
