Abstract
The classroom of 2016 is much different from the classroom of 2011.....and certainly different from the classroom of 2006. Dr. Jeff Borden, Chief Innovation Officer at Saint Leo University has been working with educators for more than 20 years on adapting to the ever-changing landscape of teaching, fostering innovation and promoting best practices. Here is a preview of his plenary address, “Creating a Culture of (Learning) Innovation,” where Dr. Borden discusses how institutions must move forward with innovation across the entire organization, and how to make that happen.
