Abstract
Students, Faculty and Staff are constantly demanding a set of uninterrupted services from the IT department to perform their tasks and duties. To meet this challenge, it requires us to prepare a strategic plan to provide fast and reliable services to our College community. Building a resilient data center, network and virtual infrastructure allows us to meet this need and to be prepared for future IT services. Passaic County Community College would like to share the experience of building this infrastructure with other NJEdge members.
